Devra Fradin

Devra Fradin is a Training and Development Consultant with fifteen years of experience in organization development, training, and executive coaching. Ms. Fradin has worked with a wide range of industries both in the United States and abroad, including pharmaceuticals, financial services and consumer products. Ms. Fradin's expertise is in the areas of training design and delivery, group facilitation, and coaching.

As the head of Leadership Development at Sanofi-Synthelabo (now sanofi-aventis), Ms. Fradin created customized learning solutions for the senior executive team and coached managers on issues related to communications, performance and change management. Previously, as a consultant in Linkage, Inc.’s Leadership and Coaching practice, she designed and facilitated training programs and organization-wide coaching initiatives for managers and leaders in Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profits. Ms. Fradin’s clients include Schering-Plough, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Roche Bioscience, Kraft Foods, Aldo, Capital One, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., the Ford Foundation and the National Education Association.

Ms. Fradin is certified in a variety of assessment tools including the Bar-On EQ-i, an emotional intelligence inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Benchmarks™, the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360° instrument. Ms. Fradin received her coaching training from the ICF's (International Coaching Federation) accredited International Gestalt Coaching Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She received a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in English from Brown University. Ms. Fradin lives in New York City and is fluent in French.
